Everytime I put a disc in I get an error saying no disc

I had the same problem. Take the top off and wind the loading wheel until the mechanism engages and loads - but with no disc in place. Then unplug the power and look through the top. You will see the lens. Clean with rubbing alcohol and a q tipi and dry with a clean q tip. Try playing a disc

Probably something wrong with the disc sinces its brand new and your other used games work in it.

Hi, it sounds like you have the" open tray" error that is very common with the 360s. How you fix this is you take your DVD drive apart and look at the laser assembly, there are 2 screws on the side of it, look at the one on the left. Turn this screw to the left a VERY little bit at a time and keep checking it every time you turn it until it stops the open tray error.

Tru cleaning your lens,(pysically) give it a blow ,or similar

Could be that the disc itself is corrupt. Try to get it replaced from the store..
