Re: HX2410 won't start , have to reset every morning
To my experience, tehre's some evidence this occurs when th device is sort of locked up for too many alarms/notifications being prompted while the device is shut off.
This may cause a shortage of memory, for which soft resetting is the only way out.
Anyway, as long as you don't drain your battery out, it should NOT cause a hard reset (which would imply losing data and third-party software).

this could mean there is water leak and it collects at the base of the dishwasher leading to moisture detection circuit tripping. when you leave it for a few days the water dries up and trip is removed. check door seals for leak most likely at the base of the door. turn power off when working on dishwasher.
If you have tried cranking up the engine a few times, but nothing happens, you should pause after the first few times. Then retry after 2 to 3 minutes; it may start. But, the main fault possibly lies in the ignition relay, so that would have to be replaced to stop this problem one and for all.
hi. if the cooling fins blocked, it is quite possible that the unit has overheated and tripped the thermal fuse in the motor. thermal fuse are built in to the motor to prevent overheating. some thermal fuses blow and the entire motor needs to be replaced, while others will reset themselves when the motor cools down. as the fuse is in the centre of the motor they cannot be replaced and can take quite a few hours to cool down and reset themselves. the only thing you can do is to leave the vacuum overnight and try it the following day to see if the thermal fuse has reset itself. if the unit still does not work then you may have to get the motor replaced.
try pressing the mode and power buttons together although you may lose your data, if this does not work leave it off the charger for a few hours and then try to start it,, this happened to my olde 305 and after leaving it overnight it started again....they are sometimes tricky
I think you've know already (as an experienced technician) that opening h/w case won't solve anything.. The normal BIOS write is about 20 min (or more), longer than that it could be a problem with ActiveSync or your PC connections. I'm afraid the ROM chip cannot re-restore because flashing basically format and write your BiosRom chip. Just pray that doing "hard reset" will turn your 'tiny' IpaQ to come alive.
I had contact to helpdesk:
I made again an hard-reset, and now i can use the Bluetoth again with no problem.
Now i have only one Icon for bluetooth and wireless on the desktop. Bevor i had also two Icons.
The helpdesk said, that at running the Rom-Update you have to shot down firewall and virus-software on your maschine. Then make a hard-reset and run the rom-update again.
