you need to log in to the bios once you have restarted the pc either by pressing f2 or del button thenlocate where the boot option is to change it to hard disk then cd drive etc then press f10 to save the settings and restart to try again if it will boot

In case you need to connect it to your computer and browse through your computer then also you need to talk to you customer care for sending settings and then ask us. Unless you have those gprs settings we cant help you out. gprs settings can be sent to you only by your phone service provider.
