My xp does not work well. the screensaver does not appear. It can not repair itself.

Hello, there can be multiple causes and solutions to this type of problem you have but my guess is that there is a service not running properly for the screensaver as in THIS Microsoft article.

To view services to see if the Human Interface driver is working go to start->Run->type in the box "services.msc" without the double quotes, and then find the service mentioned in the microsoft article.

OR you can use the registry editor to modify your screensaver settings (PLEASE ASK FOR FURTHER HELP OR CLARIFICATION WITH THIS / USE WITH CAUTION IF YOU DONT KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE DOING).

SImple example: Go to start->Run-> type in "regedit" and then go to the following registry entry/folder: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\ there you can find the screensaver key named:ScreenSaveActive, if set to 0 set it to 1 and vice versa to enable/disable screensaver modify settings. HP iPAQ hx4700 need default password

If you can't remember your passcode, you may have to do a hard reset(factory settings) if you have a sync folder on your computer, there is your backup. To do a hard reset: 1. Remove your iPAQ from the cradle, making sure that it's running on the internal battery power. 2. Use the stylus to press down the recessed reset button on the back or side of the iPAQ. 3. While the reset button is held down, press the On/Off button. 4. Release the reset button. When you press the On/Off button again, your iPAQ turns on and all your files are gone. To avoid repeating this major disaster in the future, you should back up your iPAQ files on your desktop PC. Activesync will generate another folder, and you will have to rename your pocket pc. But once your past that point, open both folders and drad and drop into the new folder. Hope this helps.

How do I ge my pictures from kodak easy share to my screen sver

Just save your pictures to "My Pictures" folder (windows xp) or "Pictures" folder (windows vista).
Then, right click on your desktop and go to Properties (win xp) or Personalize (win vista), then on Screen Saver, select "My picture slideshow" and you will have your pictures as your screensaver.

Easyshare converted all of my jpgs to easyshare files

i'm not sure how to change the default picture program... but i can tell you that you won't lose pictures if the easyshare program is deleted. it's just an extra program to view/edit pics.... the actual pics are located in a generic folder somewhere on your computer. click properties on one of the pics in easyshare, and see where it's located. then just go to that folder through windows....

hope i helped a little, sorry i don't have the solution for the other part

Can't Download pictures

Run all jpgs through the Sansa media converter IF your user's manual indicates that this player can play picture files.
