Relax my friend, you can use your PUK code to unlock blackberry curve 9300 password, just type any password until your phone asking you to enter puk code. PUK code can you found from your sim card bundle if you don't have it just call your service provider, they will give it to you. That code will make your blackberry unlocked from your previous password so you can setup new password for your phone.

This lock code is something you would have chosen, their is no default code and no way to recover it. This is by design for security reasons.
