If you have computer handy type words on screen into Google translate and that should solve your problem

Can you do a screen-scan on a flatbed scanner of a page showing the language?
Then the word equivalents can be looked up to help you navigate.
Otherwise post a few of the words which may give us 'le clue'...

it should have the english anyway. try do an soft-reset *#7370# it will restore the phone settings to factory settings.

(First: copy all contacts from the phone to SIM card)
1.Switch off the phone.
2. Press and hold the following three buttons:
Green(call answer) button, (*) button, (3) button.
3.Now press the switch on button.

dude this happened to me 1ce.........first find a frnd or sum1 who has the same phone(wit english).......then use his\her menu to help u navigate....the crotian system is the same as the english 1 so all u gotta do is match it.....this worked for me..........if not u will hav to use the google translator to fix ur prob..

Scroll down 4 options until you get to settings. Scroll all the way down to language which is 2 from bottom. From here you should be able to find the language you want. English is normally the top option.
