Question about Sharp Viewcam VL-A10U Camcorder
Posted by Anonymous on
This means there is moisture inside the Viewcam. Try taking the tape out, leaving the cassette compartment open for 2 hours to allow any condensation to evaporate. If the DEW indicator is still illuminated call a Sharp authorized servicer.

Override this sensor malfunction by resetting the viewcam first remove tape and close compartment. then remove batteries and let sit for 3 minutes re insert batteries and power up cam.. this usually quick fixes this problem....BUT if this isnt working there is something else wrong with your dv cam and I also suggest calling in the support team
