The tv have a dying power supply board,that the board where the tv power a/c cord plug into it.U have all the tools and the understanding of basic electronic and also can do basic soldering works too?Yes,take all the Philip screws out of the tv backcover,take the tv aparts and now check the tv power supply board carefully for dying and soon to be dead components parts that are call capacitors.These dying and soon to be dead components capacitors parts are alway bulges up or puffing up onto it tops.These capacitors components parts are dying and soon to be dead must be all to be replaced.After u replacing all the defective capacitors components parts.Now the tv power supply board will be fixed and working correctly again and the tv will not have anymore power delaying like about 5 mins. or flashing LED power light indication,require unplug,replug again awhile before it will turn on.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole new refurbish tv power supply board for the replacement.
