I have unlocked my blackberry cell phone by purchasing an unlock code. i purchased a boost mobile phone and time and now i'd like to transfer my boost mobile phone number and all of the info. in the phone over to my blackberry that has been unlocked! do i need to purchase a new SIM card?! does it have to be a boost mobile SIM card?! will any universal SIM card work?!

Just put your boost sim card mobile phone to your blackberry phones. Normally if your already unlocked your blackberry using blackberry bold 9700 unlock code, your phone can accept any of sim card from different network provider. As long as you have correct blackberry unlock code it should be no problem. Make sure your sim card have same network frequency with your blackberry suport frequency specification. Don't put cdma on gsm and vice versa, it will not work.

Your phone is CDMA (Doesn't use Sim Card), AT&T is GSM (Uses Sim Card). It woudl be pointless trying to unlock this phone for use with at&T. Your phone can only be used with Boost Mobile if unlocked.

Possibly since Boost & Sprint are CDMA carriers (AT&T & T-Mobile are GSM carriers), but it may need to be reprogrammed by Boost in order to work. Most times, you need to hack into the phone to unlock it.

You do not need to unlock the blackberry 8350i to work on boost, you need to replace the service books.  The phone and direct connect will work immediately if you put a boost sim in the phone.  To replace the service books, look here for instructions http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=1530734

boost mobile doesn't work with att even if its unlocked. It will only work with Tmobile if unlocked.

I am not sure if advertising is allowed, but try fonefunshop.co.uk , and unlock online. I don't suggest you try the codes off the 'net , they cause more problems than they fix...
