Warning - I am a newbie at PDAs :)... I have just got my first handheld computer, an Casio Cassiopeia PA2400w. Yes - I know its an old model - but it was sold at a good prize and was totaly unused... To the problem: It has one CF card (8mb) that worked just fine until I put in my Cardreader to my computer and tryed to put some files on it... Then the Casio said that the card was read only or full, and did not show any files on it . SO - I put it back in the cardreader and formated it - and now it is emty - totaly emty - but the Casio refuses to use it.. What is wrong ? Is there some prog. I could test to format it on the Casio or from my computer... (I have tryded several - but most of them wont even install on my Casio - "dont support this type of device...") Please help me
Hello, Check that you formatted it with FAT (not FAT32 or NTFS). If not, format it again with this file system (FAT). I think it will resolve the problem.
