Instruction manual Hi! I would be greatly appreciative if I could get a copy of the assembly instructions for the Kinderkraft 710 too!!! I just got this crib & cannot find the instructions anywhere on line and the 800 # is no longer in service for K. Please help!!

I only found the video instructions for opening and closing the KinderKraft Joy baby cot (crib) here:

Scroll down that page to the Joy manual link for the video (with the right facing "play" triangle / arrow.) Click or tap on the "play" icon to run the video.

I suggest you view the video (more than once) and make notes of the steps to follow, so you can keep the handwritten notes with the cot for future reference.

I tried the Support Center link at the bottom of the web page, but it is inoperative.

No the KinderKraft #710 has not been on any recalls. You can always go to the cpsp.cov web site to check recalls. You can also call Products America at 800-205-9642 or 800-772-1041. Sounds like you may either be missing a piece of the moving side hardware, or have an item installed backwards (the moving side components are left and right orientation). We can email a copy of the assembly instructions to you as well as replace any missing or broken hardware that you may need.
