I am after a wiring diagram for a DIGITECH Model DC-1037 headset which I want to cut into an existing comms set up on my motorbike, can you help ???

change the switch and see if the problem goes away.If not it could be one of the filters.

I own a Digitech DC1065 80 Ch CB HH, and no problems, so far.

Have you tried the Digitech website?

If so with no luck, may I suggest you join yahoo group specific to your radio Make/Model, there are experts with great info, plus you can download manuals, diagrams and software, etc.,,

I hope this is of help to you. (Ibought my DC1065 on ebay, no manual, but found the unit easy to work out, but I've got a bit of knowledge with radio equipment).

It is Comm.---- Herm. and fan....

The comm hooks to the incoming voltage... the fan goes to the condenser fan and the Herm. goes to the compressor... there should be a wiring diagram right on the inside of the cover...

Go to windows setting
Open audio setting
Change microphone resource to the headset

Try contacting their service center rep at (801)566-8800. They might send you a schematic for the pedal if you explain your situation. They do recommend using the original power supply PS0912 which should still be available. Hope this helps.
