Question about Panasonic AG-185 Camcorder
Hi i own a Panasonic NV-DS60. Was working well, but then the condensation light kept flashing and the camera refused to work. had to send it in to the dealer. Now, two weeks since it came back was working perfectly fine, my camcorder now refuses to record, or play back more than 3 secs of video, then switches to standby, with the power led winking at me. Tried 4 diffrerent tapes, still the same. i suspect dew or condensation maybe even though the condensation light does not come on. Anyone have suggestions of what i can do in case it is dew, or condensation instead of sending it in again? thanks
I had the same problem and noticed that the light was steady when I removed the tape, suggesting that the problem related to tape transport. I inserted the tape without switching on and banged the base of the cam firmly on a wooden table. That sloved my problem.

Put it in a very dry place, and let it sit for a few days. How is it getting either dew or condensation? Once dried out, keep it in an airtight plastic bag.
