I have an AEG B3101-4 oven that wont turn on, could a fuse be blown inside the oven?

it could or a short in wiring ---circuit need a meter and test the system

Check the power cord to the oven, follow it inside and see if might be heat damaged or otherwise shorted, this means partial disassembly of the oven cabinet.

Many people have had faulty AEG cookers. I would return it if i were you and get something else

More than likely you have tripped the house circuit breaker or fuse. If you know where the house fuse box or circuit breaker panel is check to see if either one side of the two 240 fuses is blown or one of the two tied together circuit breakers is tripped. If it is a breaker then shut off both breakers completely and then snap them both on completely or they won't reset. It is rare that an oven has a fuse internally. There can be thermal fuses but they will trip when the temperature is out of range.

sound like fuction switch has blown apart quite common and the noise is prob coming from cooling fan and not the main one inside.

Hi I am Vortash it sounds to me as if the oven element has blown you need to have it tested by an engineer .. he will check for continuity .. if it is open circuit then you will need to replace it .
I would hev thought that if the fuse had gone the oven would have no light or functions of any kind as the power would be off .. unless this model has an extra fuse fopr the element alone doubtful however it does have a heat sensor cut off above the oven that cuts off the element from the supply ..
