Otherwise, if you have skills, you could finnd the spares via a local phone sparepart shopr or on ebay/ali express and get the job done by yourself. But, this needs some sort of pre-exposure. If you don't have that, the chances to screw up is very high..

go to messaging icon / write message / press option button ( which is above green button) / go to input method options / set T9 (aka predictive texting) / then press off.

the mouth piece of your phone is faulty. This needs to be replaced for other people to hear you when on calls.

You can use an hands free (ear phone) to make and receive calls still you replace the mouth piece.
