PC to Camcorder feed (for powerpoint)

I've just purchased a Panasonic PV-GS14. I'm hoping that I might be able to accomplish something, but can't yet figure out how: I'd like to play a powerpoint presentation on my PC, direct it to the camcorder to record it, then send it back to the pc in order to burn a dvd. All of my directions clearly indicate that I can send data from the camcorder to the PC, but I can't seem to figure out how to reverse that direction. Any ideas? david

When trying to play a tape the tape shows lines through it. Anyone know how to fix this?

You may need a MiniDV head cleaner tape. Read the instructions on the tape carefully and good luck.

The tapes In my Panasonic PV-GS14 are stuck and won't run

you cannot move the spindles/cogs in a mini dv tape without pressing down a small lever on the rear of the cassette.
the lever is in the lower right, move the lever, then move the ribbon protector to the open position, then spin the cogs, the tape should be free.
if not, then you have a jamm inside the cassette, you can open these casettes by removing 4 small screws. ( this is a very fiddly job & you may ruin the casette, if you dont know how )

I have a Panasonic PV-GS14 and it ALWAYS says 'Push Reset Button'

I had the same problem. In desperation, I picked up my trusty can of compressed air and aimed a few shots into the recorder/playback mechanism. Worked like charm.
