That means your phone got a corrupted software installed to its memory. A hard phone reset can solve this problem. Typically a nokia symbian series phone can be formatted using this code *#7370# then the default key is 12345.

Remove battery and memory card, then replace battery after 15 minutes to switch on and reset to factory settings. If the phone does not boot up correctly then you will need to reinstall. Contact Nokia care for support.
