Question about Olympus Camedia C-765 Digital Camera
Our Moderator: Bob Proffitt, posted a while back: Do not ever pack your digital camera in your stowable luggage in the plane. The temperatures can be as low as -40 degees and the low temps will destroy your digital camera also. Not an exact quote, but close.

Digital cameras have a specification for ''working temperature range''. This information is usually found near the back of a User's Manual, in a section called Specifications. I just check the User's Manual for a Canon DSLR 20D and the specification for working temperature range is: 0 to 40 C 32 to 104 F
