Oddly, it looks like they don't have an online version of that manual, BUT they do have tutorials and troubleshooting guides for it. There are also links on the left to access support for the PMB software, drivers and other useful stuff.

Sony Cybershot DSC-W35 Camera doesn't detect the USB cable
You dont need the disc to download to computer.Take the card from the camera and put it into the card reader on your computer if one is fitted, if not you need one that goes into a USB slot When the card is inserted into the reader a box will open on the screen with several options as to view images or download them.

I would also download Picasa 3 which puts your photos in date order and also has photo editing. This is a free download and is part of google.

The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. To print this, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.
