I have a first generation Panasonic digital camera, model PV-DC1000. The software drivers that came with the camera will only work with operating systems up till Windows 95. Panasonic does not have any new drivers available. Does anyone know of a source for drivers to use this camera with newer Microsoft operating systems, such as Windows 2000 or Windows XP?
Http://www.df.lth.se/~roubert/dc1000/PanasonicDSCPhotoViewer_US.exe has drivers that work in XP and Vista.

Make a dual boot instalation, that is leave win95 untuchede on the disk and install Win2k/XP in a different directory. This works on a single partition, but Ms recomends using different partitions, and for best performance you should get a cheep second harddrive.

If you really want to keep on using this old 640x480 camera, why not look for some cheap old notebook with Win95 installed?

Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
