You could try the following steps :

1. Install 'Nokia PC Suite 7' in your PC and configure it for your nokia 2700 classic phone.

3. Download and Save the jar and jad files on your desktop.
4. Connect your phone with your PC by a USB cable.
5. Open PC suite.
6. Click on the icon 'install application'.
7. A window named ' Nokia Appliaction Installer' will be opened.
8. On the right i.e. My Phone side , select nokia 2700 classic ( C; Phone memory). On the left i.e My computer side , select desktop then select 'opera mini 5.0' and then
9. Press ?
10. Save (if required).
11. Open your phone menu>Apps>Memory Card>opera mini>option>move.
12. Move to 'Games'.
13. Now under Games , you will find opera mini , which you can open and use for browsing the internet. The version is 'Opera Mini 5 Beta'.

Add new 'Access point' and 'Web'

Now edit the Access point, choose its name (you can put any name)
Now fill the APN bsnlnet
No need to fill the proxy or port or username or password, the most important thing here is the APN

set this access point as the default access ooint
