Could you provide the exact model and manufacturer of your camera? You can find it by looking at the back/underside of it, usually.

Once you've done that, try going to google and searching:

<manufacturer> <model> driver download

for example, if its a CANON SMARTCAPTURE 3000 (not that any such model exists), you could search for:

CANON SMARTCAPTURE 3000 driver download

and see what you get.

If you're after the software specifically, you can try the manufacturers website, for example Canon in the above example, (google Canon) and then look for a "Support & Downloads" or "Support" section and look for Drivers or Software downloads.. that might get you the software you're after.
