Here is a link to the Owner's Manual, you're looking for. You can download and print the manual for future reference. Take good care of your model, perform routine maintenance, as required. As it no longer in manufacture. It has been replaced with a 45 pint unit. However, some parts your model are still available, if needed.

Need an Operation Manual for Delonghi DN125 Dehumidifier

Unfortunately, Delongi doesn't list an Owner's/Operational Manual for your model dehumidifier. However, you can contact their Customer Support Dept at 800-322-3848. They can email you an Owners Manual. Be sure you have the correct model number for your unit, before calling.

Icing up on our dehumidifier

typically happens when there is a lot of dust in air. Try cleaning it VERY well, which would mean, shutting it for a few days, letting it melt and dry off, then not only vacuuming it, but then take an air gun (or Air in a can) and get the dust off the coils. Obviously if there is a filter clean it, or replace it.
Check for bent fins on the coil. Most of the newer ones (and yours should as well) have an auto defrost to help with that.
Good luck

It does not pump water

any ideas why the pump or lack of knowledge on this product on how the pump turns on would be of great help.

Thanks
