I hope I am correct in thinking your question is concerned with the South African Road Accident Fund. If my guess is correct, Fixya.com, a website intended for questions and and answers on how to go about REPAIRING THINGS, has no affiliation with that insurance fund.
I suggest you or your mother collect copies of all the paperwork and completed forms and all the information regarding your sister's fatal accident and speak with a person at the Road Accident Fund.
I am really sorry to hear that. There is no possible way currently to bring it back. If you found you sister deleting it , you could just turn it off and will save SOME of the pictures. This has happend to me to. Yes i have a sister.
Sorry but its not possible when you delete any email from Trash or delete the trash folder all the emails in it will be lost for ever. Same happens if you delete emails from Drafts folder. You will never be able to recover these emails, it does not matter whether you deleted accidently.
Right now no email providers Yahoo/Gmail/Hotmail/Rediff has this facility but soon gmail will come up with facility. But for now you can't do anything.
You could reset everything back to factory settings if your starting from scratch. Go into settings and find 'master reset', as long as your sister hasn't changed the phones default lock code when prompted for phone code enter, '00000' or '00000000' one of these is default. Then phone will turn off and reboot and will be as fresh as the day it was first purchased.
CAUTION: if there is anything you dont want to erase DONT DO THIS as it will erase everything back to factory default!
Tell *********** that it was an accident. Or try to bribe your sister and promise her something and if she doesn't tell, whe will get it. Then tell her to tell her mom that it fell or something.
