All the companies who bill me offer the option to continue paper billing. Look for a toll-free phone number on your monthly bill to call customer service. Let them know you want to keep paper billing.

What service do you have? You can pay phone bills online and over the phone if you have a extra phone to use. You can google your phone provider to find their number or website. If you need help finding it id be more then happy to help! You will probably need your account information. Account number etc.

Contact the bill payer direct! See your latest bill for contact information.

With most cell phone providers, dialing 611 will connect you to your provider. You should be able to pay your bill by simply following the prompts to the right department.

No one can help you without that basic information. Who do you pay your phone bill to? I'd start by contacting them.

Use any existing working phone to contact the customer service for your phone. You can also use a pay phone and if you have friends that have a phone then you can ask them to use their phone for a moment.
