You have given these detail. But actually no need to put this.the only question is which memory status that you are mention here..is it for phone or mmc(Edrive)?anyway here is the trick don't bother for mmc memory you just consider the phone memory.First make backup all the important data like Contacts, messages etc. which is in the phone memory.and try to format by pressing *#7370# and put pin code when ask.

In order for you to free up memory space in your phone try to delete unnecessary files you didn't often use. most of your memory is consumed by your other files so its better for you delete some unnecessary file for you to avoid inconvenience cause phone with a full memory most of the times didn't start up or turn on so in order to avoid it follow my advice delete only unnecessary files which consumes a lot of your phone memory..

Dear, your Primry memory is set to your phone memory. So need to go to messages and then in options select memory settings and then select your memory card in memory settings. Don't worry only one time you have to do it. Thanks
