Me again, I'm just getting really bummed about my 105....
I really do feel like a durn Caveman trying to figure out how to install stuff on this handheld.
I have a lot of usless info on this thing and figure I need to do a HARD RESET. I have nothing of value on it and want to start again with the slate wiped clean. If ANY one out there would take pity on this confused idiot, I would be much abliged! I just want to put a few time killing games on it, maybe a few good apps that might help me out at work, maybe someting to listen to MP3's on and some sort of friggin new background..... That's all....
Thanks and I hope to hear from someone that has a E 105 or knows PDA's..

Re: Me again, I'm just getting really bummed about my...
I too own an E-105 and we can at least be glad we have the 105 and not the 100 model. We have 32 mb of ram rather than 16. Unfortunately we also have something that is getting older by the minute.
Our cpu is a MIPS R4000, so when you see software to download, make sure it is MIPS compatiable or you are SOL. And then not all MIPS software will run.
I like to kill time too, luckily there are chess, checkers, backgammon games out there that run on our machines. If you are looking for super graphic killer type games...you are severely limited.
I don't listen to music much on mine, I mean why run out of power on a pocketpc for music when you can buy a stereo radio which if you lose, isn't the end of the world.
A hard reset isn't a bad idea when it gets too confusing, and is simple to do. The best thing is just to install each program one at a time and make sure they work before installing others.

I do not think that "linkbucks" lives in your router. therefore it can't be evicted from there. it sounds like a virus that sneaks in under the guise of easy money.
ive never seen it in person but most virus can be put to sleep (still there but dormant) pretty easily with msconfig.
1)go to start menu
2)if there is a box to type in type "msconfig" and hit enter. if there is no box click "run" then type "msconfig" in that box.
you can really mess stuff up in here
3)click the startup tab
4)at bottom I click "disable all"
5)then "apply" and "OK"
6)should prompt to restart... do that
7)after restart will get a check box that says start up config changed or something
your virus is hopefully sound asleep.
FOR NOW BUM BUM BUUMMMM
if you notice things are missing go back in and re-enable stuff one at a time till you get it how you like. your computer will run faster if all that stuff is off though.
First of all please do not start throwing up....also your BMI is very healthy. I understand wanting to loose some weight. Acording to your height and weight you could probably loose 10lbs without doing damage to your body and still be in a healthy BMI.....even though you do not NEED to loose wieght.
I always been able to keep myself thin by simply listening to my body. Only eat when you are hungry. Counting calories will only make you crazy. You do not want to become a yo-yo dieter. Only eat when you are hungry and stop eating when you do not feel hungry anymore. It really is that simple. It does take some self control. Good luck!!
1. Unplug it and remove the battery for a minute. Plug it back in and try turning it on again. Problem fixed?
2. When you see the Toshiba screen hit the F8 key every 2 seconds until Windows Safe Mode comes up. Try that. If you get into Windows in SafeMode, then you'll have to figure out what is causing windows to restart once it loads. Who knows. Safe mode basically doesn't load a bunch of stuff, so you won't really be able to fully function in safe mode but you could start backing up any important documents to a flash drive at this point.
I have the exact same problem with my yz125, just figured out that the entire case has to split in order to get a hold of the impeller wheel's backside nutjob - really bummed because id like to try and fix only the outside seal....
It really depends on what kind of photography you want to do. I own both of those bodies, and the 5D is great for landscapes, portraits, and other artsy stuff. However, the 3 frames per second doesnt compare to the 5FPS of the 30D, so if you're shooting sports, the 5D will do better. Also, 5D is better for wide angle shots.
If you do decide on the 30D, again, lens choice really depends on what kind of shooting you plan on doing.
There are several types of processors used - find out which yours has and be sure the software will work on that processor.
Mips are the three as I recall. I have three hand units and two different processors.
