I HAVE MSI G41 Motherboard G41M-P26. MY PC FREQUENTLY RESTART IN 2 HOURS. I HAVE INSTALLED 2 GB DDR-III RAM AND 500 GB HARD DISK. PLEASE GIVE ME SOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM.

You don't give enough information. You need to decide if motherboard is starting up - and you can hear hard disk(s) running and accessing data, or if everything is totally dead.
If the former the lack of a display could be a fault with your graphics card.
You need to see if the power supply is running, look and see if its fan is going and then listen to see if hard disk motor is running. If these are dead try a replacement Power Supply.
If you get some text or graphics on the screen when you first turn on, and before screen goes blank, that suggests it is running and the blank screen can be due to a software problem.

The most likely solution is to replace any Capacitors that have blown in the onboard power circuit. Look for a Capacitor that has got a very bulging top in the region of the power connector.
ther are jumpers betwwin the data cable and power cable of hard disk...ur 40gb hard disk will be on primary...if u are attaching ur hard on same cable u should put jumper on Secondry
Do you have a SATA Cable for your SATA hard disk? What are the spec's for your RAM, it should be 2 x 184 pin DMMs, 400 MHz, 333 MHz,266 MHz memory. up to 2 GB Ram.
