Question about Kodak EasyShare C360 Digital Camera
Yes, it is technically possible to recover any deleted file (Even those removed from the Recycle Bin) by using recovery software.
Check out the data recovery software from link blow.

Good luck!

Of course, you can.
The deleted files are not actually deleted
(even deleted from the Recycle Bin). They are still there and can be easily
restored with a data recovery program as long as they are not overwritten by
anything new.
So, take care not to write any new files on
this camera and then select a deleted file data recovery freeware to retrieve all
your photos back:

In the future, you'd better be careful of
your important data and always back up them all on several drive or cards.

First of all, did you check your Recycle Bin?
If the files are no longer in there, you will need a tool to recover them. Fortunately for you, Windows doesn't actually delete files, it just removes them from its "table of contents". So if the files have not been overwritten with other data, you should be able to recover them. Card Data Recovery is nice program that can help you get back deleted file due to mistakenly delete, virus attack, format, etc.

If you deleted it in windows and you havent emptied the recycle bin it should still be in there. Just double click the recycle bin and see if its in there, if it is just right click it and then left click restore file If you deleted it from the camera or memory card then you can still get it back but it requires that you use software to recover the images
Recover my files will get your files back in windows even if you have emptied the recycle bin

Recover my photos will get the images back from a camera or memory card

Both cost quite a bit so its up to you to decide if the photo is worth the money.
I hope that answers your question

SOURCE: Can photos that were accidentally deleted from a SD card be recovered
There is a Windows undelete software at the link below. I have never tried this software, but only know it from reading articles about it. There is a trial version. It is not a free software. I would think it should work on your memory card since it is addressed like a disk drive.
http://www.winundelete.com/?rid=google&kid=wu0406
If you do a Google search for Windows undelete files, I am sure you will find other utilities that will do the job.
When files are deleted, the files are flagged as deleted, and not actualy deleted at the time unless the operating system has a feature to scramble or wipe the file. The delete flag indicates that the space is available to be over-writen. To undelete a file, the delete flag has to be changed back in the directory tables, and the FAT has to be updated to match.
If you wrote anything more to the memory card, then there is a chance that the original files have been written over. Then it will be impossible to undelete the files where their original space has been overwritten.

I am afraid not. Have seen it happen many times. Done tons of research. There is nothing you can do.

SOURCE: Can photos that were accidentally deleted from a SD card be recovered
yes, you can recover deleted photos from sd card with sd card recovery software like asoftech photo recovery, here's the steps that helped me
1. Do not save any new file to memory card.
2. Connect your card to computer. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in My Computer.
3. Download recovery software, recommended one is this photo recovery (simply because i was using it and it worked)

4. Install and open the photo recovery program, select your memory drive, and click 'Start' button to start scanning process which will find your deleted photos.
