what operating system are you using? Windows Vista? Windows XP?

You install the expansion card to the bottom side of the Juno by removing screws. For detailed step by step instructions, I suggest that you refer to page 174 from the manual that you can download from: JUNO-G Owners Manual (JUNO-G_OM.pdf)

I would recommend taking it in to be repaired. If they service Roland products they will have access to any parts it needs. It sounds like the key contacts are damaged or dirty. In either case it is not easy to disassemble the Juno because of the internal wiring. It needs to be reassembled perfectly for it to work properly and it is easy to damage something during disassembly. Hope this helps.

Contact the proper customer support line. Only the company that sold you the product can give you a refund. If they refuse after explaining your situation you may be able to block the charge by contacting your credit card company.

Please send a mail to juno admin, to activate POP/POP3 for your e-mail account and just find out the name of POP and SMTP server.
I Guess it would be pop.juno.com and smtp.juno.com

Now setup your mail account either through control panel or outlook options. with the following information

• your name
• pop server name
• smtp server
• your juno email ID
• password if you want computer remember your password (not recommonded)

If you got a new laptop running Windows Vista you will have to contact Juno for updated Vista software.
