hi, it is very possible that the memory of the phone is full or very low...what you need to do is to delete some features on your phone i.e those things that you downloaded on the phone so as to allow for more space on the phone..also you could delete some from your memory card..After which you restart the phone. On your windows update problem, try going to
Windows > SoftwareDistribution > Download and remove or delete
everything in the folder. That should let you download windows updates.
Which in return should solve some other compatibility problems.
Also
to turn off uac: go to the control panel, click on User Accounts, click
on Turn User Account Control on or off, uncheck it and click on OK.
