Fieldvision 114 mm reflector instruction manual

I would like to find an instruction manual for this telescope. Any ideas where to look? Want to identify this model, then get manual. All it has is "FIELDVISION TELESCOPES" on the body. Then on the lens it has:
MAKSUTOV-CASSEGRAIN TELESCOPE
D=90MM F=1200 MM f/13.3 MULTI-COATED OPTICS

Model# 100501103 I need a new manual with assembley instructions. I purchasted the telescope several years ago. I now want to give it to my grandchildren but I can't find the instruction manual.

Sorry ut you will not find a manual for that small telescope. It's a reflector style telescope probably on an equatorial mount which must be polar aligned in order to be used.

Here is a Meade brand manual that is similar to your scope:

Where do i find a image erector and how and where does it go?

This is an eyepiece attachment that goes in between eyepiece and telescope. I found only two items on ebay.com (different size/fit), searching on "eyepiece erector".

Need a manual or a phone number for the company

As you can see from the ONE review here:

http://www.dealtime.com/xPR-Fieldvision-Fieldvision-114-mm-Reflector

A manual does not exist for this imported telescope. This is just one of DOZENS of brands imported from China.

It is a reflector style telescope on an equatorial mount. The mount must be polar aligned in order to be used.

My telescope images are upside down, how do i correct this?

ALL astronomical telescopes show upside down images, it's normal. Nothing is wrong with your telescope.

For terrestrial viewing you can buy an "erecting prism" which will turn the image right side up.

Upside down images on my telescope. Bought used -no manuel. What to do?

In a refractor images are upside down as with most telescopes. You need an image erector to create a normal correct R and L and Up and Down image. It is a lens which goes in front of the eyepiece to give a correct image.

Bushnell 114mm reflector telescope, can't see a thing

Probably NOT actually pointed directly at the moon-- you should have moved it around a little -- the moon was probably just outside the field of view through the eyepiece. ........................ telescope must be pointed DIRECTLY at the sky object-- also use the eyepiece with the largest number written on it=== this gives the LOWEST magnification..... and a slightly wider field of view.

Fieldvision 114 mm reflector instruction manual

Sorry there are no specific manuals for this small imported relector style telescope. Use one of the Bushnell manuals for reflectors on this page-- they all work the same way.

4.5 inch reflector telescope --can't see anything

you have to make sure your primary mirrow is level, there are a set of screws that will help you do it, then the secondary mirrow at 45 degree, start in a daylight to align the telescope. good luck
