the inside of the drum makes a clicking sound, and I located the noise at the back of the drum and the noise seem's to be in the central part where the bearings is located.

It should clip off , hold down mid lever and pull out you should be able to see the lever...

It just pulls off have another go

I have the same problem. Do you have a manual for this washing machine/dryer (HOOVER HNWL 6136)? I looked everywhere for a manual and I couldnt find one. If you can email it to [email protected] it will he much appreciated.

11 LED flashes indicates either a wiring fault or I'm afraid the main board has gone (Hoover Engineer required).
