Notate the error and put it in a search. Since it appears to be a server error, remove then reinstall the driver software.

I am still having a problem with HP designjet 500 Plus showing error 86:01 then writing so:Severe error: 0 x 8010003 task: tMech file: sequence.c line: 636

sounds like the printer is broken pretty badly. Is it still in warranty? Contact HP for a replacement, or else it's time to buy a new one.

HP 800 designjet plotter Error Message 21:10 Click menu button Server error:0X3010002 Task: tMech File: Sequence.c Line 758

The service station on the printer has likely failed. This is the part of the printer that cleans the printheads to maintain print quality. Replacing this item requires diassembly of the printer and requires a certain amount of technical ability. If you are not afraid to take this on, you will need to contact HP and order Part Number C7769-60149.

If you are going to take this on yourself, post back and I can send you some instructions on the actual replacement of the service station.

Or contact an HP Designjet technician and have them replace it for you.

It is about hpdesignjet 500 :- Problem- Severe error: 0X3010002 Task - tmech file - sequence.c line - 758 Please help I am using it in far away in salma dam project in afghanistan and no technical help...

System error 21.10 says to replace the service station/Aerosol fan Assembly.

You've got real problems if you don't have a service manual or parts.

System error: 21:10 - Severe Error ox3010002 - task:tMech - file:sequence.c - line:758

Well this is an old post but my 2 cents anyway...
Theres nothing to really fail on the service station besides the motor and that's highly unlikely.
As a service tech I find that it gets gummed up with in and needs to be broken down and cleaned.Warning, there's lots of parts and lots of half dried ink, so expect to spend an hour getting it out of the machine and cleaning.
