That means, the Browser on which you are trying watch the videos, needs Flash Player Application to be installed on your computer. The reasons may be that:
1. The internet connect speed is so poor that the YouTube video buffering speed is slow.
2. You need to upgrade the flash plyer. go Adobe.com

Or, I suggest you can download the YouTube videos to your computer with Aneesoft free YouTube downloader and than watching it.

You probably need to download adobe flash player, it is free and easy to find online.

Download the video directly on your computer using real plyaer video downloader and watch it that way. Or subscribe to a hgigh bandwith package or wait during non peak times.
