Unfortunitally, you will need all of the numbers in order to redeem the card. If you purchased it new, exchange it for a new one. If the ID number was scratched off, that most likely means someone scratched it and wrote down the numbers to use it without paying. If not, try contacting Nintendo's Support Center and see if they can help you.

My son scratched off the the last four digits of the code on the Wii/ Nintendo DS PointsCard too vigorously, and they cannot be read. We bought the card today at Target in Highland Park, IL. Thanks

The store will not take it back. You will need to contact Nintendo directly and they will normally request you to send then the card and then they will verify that it hasn't already been used and send you a replacement card.

Good luck.

DS doens't recoginize R4 card in my sons DS Lite. My other sons DS does recoginize the R4 card. Why? how can I get the card to work in both DS Lites.

Make sure you bought the correct R4 for the DS light and not the DSi. If you bought the correct one, then it sounds like the R4 cartridge is defective and needs to be exchanged for another one. Remember, Nintendo does not support the R4 cartridge, so go back to where you purchased it from.

I bought 100 games on a R4i card from a guy. It worked for 2 weeks then my son did something to DSI and now Dsi will not read the R4 card the icon it had on main screen is now gone. I put the chip in...

it seems the problem is with the R4 card not the memory card. take game out make sure connections going into the ds are good. try blowing it out like old school nintendo. i have a r4 with my ds lite and sometimes it wont work i have to try a couple times

you need to go into the system itself and delete files from the DS itself. The DS has the capability to save files. when the game starts up, go into systems and you should be able to find where the files are and start to delete some.

Nintendo DS message... "Unable to load data. Turn the power off and resinsert the Game Card."

Well maybe when you turn it on, it might be on manual mode. To switch it to auto mode, Press options then press the wrench and then find auto or manual mode and then, switch it to auto mode. Save the options and then it should play the game. If it doesn't work, blow into the DS game and then the DS game slot.
