It happens whenn i play runescape. It freezes andd i get a message on my desktop. It has been like this for about 2months now. I reported it to Java like 2-3weeks ago andd still havent replied. Its seriously doing my head in noww, my computer has gone through blue screen and all sorts. As i understand you receive an error when you run the installed program.
Please uninstall the complete downloaded software and reboot the PC. Then download the latest Java JRE (Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 7) to run all Java programs from the link given below, http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
Once you have installed the Java JRE, again install the program and test if it works.
