Bosch/Siemens/Neff Integrated Washer & Dryers Machine:
E01 = Aquastop
E04 = Wash NTC
E05 = No water in
E06 = No water out
E10 = Motor fault
E14 = Dryer NTC
The machine's just telling you to clean out your duct work. That's where
lint could build up, which is unsafe, so get back there and clean-up.
Other posibilitie, on some models this code indicates that the washer door has not been closed properly.
Check to see if there are clothes blocking the door, or if the door
needs to be pushed harder to trigger the latch. If you cannot close the
door, you may need a replacement latch.

The meaning of error codes varies by make and model so giving just the code is not enough. Please indicate explicitly the exact model number of the machine for specific troubleshooting advice. Describing the problem further usually helps expedite the resolution. You don't have to accept or reject this post in order to add comment or information. But accepting the solution should you find it helpful and/or informative will not stop you from posting comments or additional information. You can still communicate with the expert should you need further advice.

Hi aderiny,
I can find no helpful information on the E01 on a Neff machine. But I am aware that they are part of the Bosch group, and as such may use the same electronics.
If that is the case, E01 means Door Lock Problem. Your door is either not closed properly, or the PCB is not detecting that the door lock is actually closed.
You could get a technician out to either replace the door lock, or bridge it (not advisable).
Incorrect tampering with the door lock yourself could lead to mistakenly blowing the PCB, and you don't want that.
Kind Regards

Well then. By all means, fix it yourself.
You'll first need to remove the front of the Door Gasket from the Panel (By removing the spring holding it there), then you can push the door gasket into the drum, this will open a space around the drum you can reach into. Then you will be able to access the Door Lock along with its wiring. This is the part you need to replace. Now I really DO suggest that you buy this part, and fit it afterwards. Do not however try to bridge it, incorrect bridging of the wires will lead to a blown PC Board. Not to mention the safety concerns bridging also includes.
You have however not given me any Model numbers, so I won't be able to get you a quote on a Door Lock, or where you could locate it either.
Good Luck
