Hiya i cant seem to install MP Man mp3 player on my computer its says the cabinet file disk1.cab required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. I have a notebook laptop so i cant obviously put the disk in the laptop which the mp3 player came with. Songs do seem to transfer to the mp3 via windows media but i cant get songs from itunes onto windows media as its says it doesnt support the network. could you please help thanks

This error is common with copies. Burn the disc at a low speed.

same issue with office 2013 academic from my university. attempting to extract files directly from proof.cab fails.

Sounds like the installation file is corrupted in some way. Suggest downloading a new installation file from scratch, which you can download here

Also make sure that you have met the min sys requirements as detailed here

To install it...right click it and select Run As Administrator...and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you have downloaded the package containing this cab file, turn off your firewall. Like wise turn off your anti virus software also for the time being. Download it again and then continue with installation. If the cab file is corrupted on the CD, you may need to find a new one. Hope this helps.

For a download right click the matching software and select "Save Target As..." to a location on the computer. Run the software by double clicking it.
When running Coby Media Manager select Tools > Device Manager...
to select the MP-C7085 from the list, Add and OK for this player setup.
