We sent an email to bugaboo via their website and they posted us replacement buttons for ours and we were out of warranty. Not bad!

Stroller is folded over and we can not bring it up to sitting position

Not sure if you mean the handle is locked up and won't move or the seat is locked up and won't move? The front and rear wheel units are locked by the seat unit. The handle has two release buttons that have to be opperated at the same time to release the handle. The seat tilts by pressing the large white buttons on the side. Let me know what part is not working and I'll try to help.

The white push buttons on either side of my bugaboo cameleon buggie are getting stuck in not allowing the seat to lock into any of the three positions.

You need to replace them, you can get them easily enough I bought a pair on e bay last week for 5 euro. Very easy to change just one screw.

Hi, my bugaboo is now 16 months old and recently the round white buttons on the side that lock the seat into three different positions got stuck instide, so the seat is not locked in any position, which...

call bugaboo customer service (1-800-460-2922), give them your stroller's serial number, and they will mail you the replacement kit (the new round buttons) and instructions for free and very quickly - I had the same problem and was very satisfied with how it was resolved.

White discs will not click to secure seating position

Is the seat fitting securely on the chassis? The white discs sound like a symptom of a problem with the seat clipping onto the base.

Maclaren Twin Traveller Seat Problem

I purchased my stroller from ebay and one side of one seat would not stay in place it would only stay in the fully reclined position. I took it to a maclaren autorized stoller repair store and it was $37.28 to fix one bracket.

The seat will not snap onto the stroller

Call the company or email your problem. Someone will contact you right away. A Bugaboo retailer told me that they will send you a loaner if they need you to send yours in for repair.
