I need to know how to remove the blade of an Electr-O-Matic 1025V-1 food slicer (made by Rival of Kansas City -- stainless steel).

On the opposite side of the blade, unscrew the knob until it comes off. It may be on there pretty tight.

Depending on model, I can offer a free digital copy in PDF format; I have manuals for models 1005, 1010, 1025, 1030 and 1101, though perhaps not identical for your submodel (for example, 1101E/05). Email request to [email protected]

I also have new, functional replacment parts are available as follows: Newly manufactured rubber suction cup feet, sold in sets of 4; nearly 200 sets have been sold to very happy customers.
