The shredder will not run forward, only backward. I opened it up and saw that one of the wheel bearings with the teeth broke. Can I get a replacement so I can fix it myself.

Take care, because this thing can also shred your fingers.
Remove the plug from the outlet and try to remove the paper under the rolls. Us a tool, not your fingers. It even would be better, if you could put the top upside down, so you could see where the bulk of paper is clothing the wheels and the sensor.
I think you already emptied the bag under the shredder, because the paper full sensor also prevents the shredder from running forwards.
It could be there is still some material in the cutting wheels. We have had this happen to our shredder a few times, do your best to get stuck materials free.
I did that in my shredder and had to use the backwards option for a long time...forwards then backwards and pulling out the material little by little. It is a slow process...you can sometimes pry it a little but make sure you don't insert anything while shredder is operating. I always unplugged mine when trying to tug the stuck paper out of it. You don't want to take any chances. Good luck!
Have a look inside where you put the paper and see if the cutting blades are turning when the machine is running...if they are NOT, then you have probably broken or stripped teeth out of a gear inside...you will have to open it up to check, then you can contact Royal at 1-800-524-0799 for parts assistance.
There is probably paper, dust, or something still in the shredder somewhere obstructing the sensor. Run it backwards for a minute or so, then turn it over and blow it out, and after unplug the shredder and plug it back in. Then see if it runs forward.
Inside the shredder there is a motor which is wired to run both forward and backward, the way it does this is to transfer the power from the switch to a couple of wires on the motor
The forward running motor will be linked to the auto start button which will tell it to work with the paper sensor.
When you select the Forward function the Auto Start is taken out of circuit and the Forward switch should supply the motor
After all of that I would say that the switch is open circuit on the Forward contact and needs replacing
