I had the same problem. Here was my successful solution:
reset the modem
only change the SSID (do not activate the security yet)
reset the camera
install the camera
set the static ip address
set the SSID to match the modem and save settings
unplug the power and the ethernet to the camera
plug in the power to the camera and wait for the lights on the front are illuminated
go back into the camera and set the security settings
go into the modem and set the security settings.

I hope this works.

Both ethernet and power led flashing and never get steady for wap300n access point

Try another power adapter. Power should be constant and Ethernet when engaged will blink on and off.

We are currently installing wireless cctv and using alvarion access. We are encountering connection lost and sometimes got still pictures. What causes this problem? Thanks,

is it a PTZ camera or Fix? how many cameras? You need to look at the type of capacity (MBPS) & (PPS) , minimum latency and Jitter your camera manufacturre is recommending. Not all wireless devices offer low latency, Low Jitter, High MBPS and PPS needed for higher end cameras.

Can I hook a 1131ag LWAP directly to a 7941g?

If the 7941g is the cisco cp-7941g ip phone then no you can not since the ip phone only has ethernet connections and the airap1131agak has only wireless connections on it as it is a wireless access point, so you will need a wireless router or something similar to get the wireless to ethernet cable.

Dose cisco aironet 1100 support routing

You must use a router to perform NATing to the ISP. Simply use a Netgear or Linksys router and plug your access point into it. You can even use a Netgear or Linksys wireless router with the ethernet ports built into it. Just disable the onboard wireless.
