Found a Nokia phone while I was out walking dog earlier. I thought I could look on it to find ICE information or other contacts who might know who the phone belongs to......but the keypad is locked. The battery is about to give out. Is there anything I can do to find out who the phone belongs to and return it?

I had a similiar problem and found a solution! :) im passing on my joy to you. Try getting a USB extension or just wrapping foil around the Dongle. It seems that the dongle or the TV causes interference of some sort to cause the tv to drop the internet. ON my tv it would say connected to the net sometimes but as soon as id try netcast it would drop. As soon as i got the extension it went away. At least try the foil thing. Wrap it like a Dog cone for injured dogs.

When we check with MX key this kind of problem show the information as " Watch Dog Timer enabled phone will restart after 3 minutes" We can repair this problem by using MX key/Turbo Flasher.So contact mobile repairing shop.Good luck

You will need to contact the technical service dept of your cell phones service provider, they can walk you through this, they will of course require personal information to confirm ownership.

ask to borrow someones dog (doesn't matter what kind) walk it around and if it trys to walk away from something it might be that....

don't know the game , but a walk thru says:

1. Blocked PIN1 can ask for PUK CODE.
2. if u have entered wrong PIN 1 code while phone startup. The PIN1 gets Blocked. and it asks for PUK code
3. Contact your Mobile service provider from your friends mobile. have this information before geting PUK code your SIM NO. found back side of your SIM card.
4. if you want to get PUK code. you must provide them SIM NO. and others details.
