If you block your chair up in the air so your wheel is off the floor you can check for a few things. First roll the wheel around and see if its rubbing. next see if the barrings are out if they are the wheel will woble. next see if the bolt in the center is tight. if you catch this in time it wont cost alot if any money

Jazzy 300. Tight drive wheel. Clicking naise

It's possible that the clicking noise is being caused by a loose or worn-out component within the left drive wheel of the Jazzy 300 power wheelchair. The tightness of the wheel could also be contributing to the problem.
To diagnose the issue, you may need to inspect the left drive wheel and its components, including the motor, axle, bearings, and any other parts that may be causing the clicking noise. Tightening any loose components or replacing any worn-out parts may help to alleviate the issue.
It's always a good idea to consult with a professional technician or the manufacturer of the Jazzy 300 power wheelchair for specific troubleshooting advice and repair recommendations.

When in 2 wheel drive and accelerating, the car pulls to the right, upon decelerating, it goes left, it would seem to me that I have 3 wheel drive, with the rear nearside wheel still driving. What is the...

Not understanding you 3 wheel drive thing, But I believe that the Xterra are a front wheel drive based engine and if that is the case most front wheel drives will pull to right at excelleration and then to left under letting of excellerator. This is do to engine torque but if it is extensive you may want to check motor mounts.

Rear scraping sound, Also when placed on lift and in gear (all wheel drive) the rear left wheel does not spin

Take it in for proper diagnosis - that's not supposed to happen in an 'ALL WHEEL DRIVE' - all WHEELS ARE SUPPOSED TO TURN.
