HP 4350 dtn (Not a shared printer) - about half of the settings under the Advanced tab/Printer Properties are suddenly missing - also, we must punch the check button on the printer for each page to print out after sending the print job via attached computer - and the printer will no longer automatically select the appropriate tray; i.e., evnvelope feeder, tray 2, or tray 3 (which, tray 3 is missing from the properties) -- I cannot find any repair tech locally who is willing to come work on our HP printers! I've gone through the entire yellow pages!

1. Select Start.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Printers and Faxes.

4. Highlight the appropriate HP LaserJet printer icon.

5. Right-click on the highlighted printer icon and select Properties from the Advanced tab.

6. In the Advanced tab, select the Separator Page button.

7. Delete the location for the separator page.

8. Select OK.

4. Right-click the HP LaserJet driver you plan to use (2420)
5. Click Properties .
6. On the Advanced tab, uncheck Separator Page.
7. Click OK to return to the Advanced tab.
8. Click OK to save the settings.

4. Right-click the HP Printer you want to correct the settings to.
   
5. Click Properties .
6. On the Advanced tab, click Printing Defaults .
7. Change any of the settings on the tabs. These settings become the defaults for the printer.
8. Click OK to return to the Advanced tab.
9. Click OK to save the settings and to close the printer driver.
