THere are drivers for Windows Server 2008, Windows Home Server, Win 64-bit, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Win Server 2003, Win Me, Windows XP, Win Server 2008 R2, Windows 98, Windows 98 SE
I'm not sure if theres is a drivers for Win 7 or Win 8 so if you don't have one you should install Windows Vista or XP driver using compatibility mode
windows 7 is no longer supported so the drivers in win 7 will be no good
you will have to go to the manufacturers web site for the media player , find the model and win 7 os and download from there
There is no driver for your unit under Windows 7
Workaround :
If you are under Win 7 Ultimate or Pro or Enterprise , you can download and install a free virtual version of Win XP from : http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/download.aspx
This is the ultimate solution to ANY compatibility problem. You just use XP mode to do operate your device then go back to Win 7 in one clic where your modern processing software is. Under other versions of Windows 7 , you need to have the XP install disc to install a virtual version with a third party software such as WmWare Player from http://download.cnet.com/VMware-Player/3000-2094_4-10470784.html
if u can use win xp operating system then u can't need driver or if u can use win vista then mp3 company name and model no and if u can use win 7 then u can install the driver from internet dircetly
