Erase all my images at once

You can delete all the images by selecting the option
erase all images and then click yes.Once you do that
it will erase all the images.

Once your on the erase screen. Navigate to the erase button by pressing on the side arrow of the circular control on the back of the camera. Once the "erase" is highlighted, you can select by pressing the center or set button. You may need to confirm by pressing again. You can also erase all by accessing the menu and then navigate to the ERASE ALL on the menu and hitting the set button.

You go to the menu in Review mode and on the Play tab you will see a function for Erase and under there is a function called All Erase. This will erase all of the images at one time. There is also an option to go to Setup and go to Format option. This will also erase all images at once but they will be gone permanently from the memory card.

Careful, the way you're doing it would actually erase everything. Use that way only after you've downloaded all your pictures and videos to your computer.

The way to erase a single image or video is to go into picture/video review mode. Advance so that you can see the video you want to delete on your LCD screen. Then press the "trashcan" button on the back of your camera once. It may ask you "delete this video?". Select "yes".

Play back the images, go to the one you want, and press the down button. It should ask you if you want to erase that one image.

Press the trashcan/folder icon to erase a single image. Press and trashcan/mulitple folders icon to erase many images, all images, or to format the SD Card. It is good to Format the SD Cad from time to time after downloading the images to clear all residual memory files (even if you do not see them).
