We cannot send out a replacement harness for any carseat due to the safety implications of it being incorrectly fitted. They can be cleaned in situ with warm soapy water.

If you would like to book the carseat in for our engineers to replace the harness standard charge for this is 72GBP and you can book it in by calling the customer service department on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30.

Since this is directly affecting the safety of the seat the procedure is only available from a Maxi Cosi service center.Please visit a Maxi Cosi dealer to have your seat sent to a service center.
