Very likely dead.
Did you take out the battery and memory card before drying. Also it should dry for a week.
If you are lucky its just the battery thats dead. So try to borrow a battery from a friend who has the same camera.

It fell in the toliet

well this is a long shot but lets try it..

1.) remove the battery and open up the phone
2.) separate screen circuit boats keypads etc.
3.) use a hair dryers and dry it as best as you can
4.) fill a large bowl with a little rice, place the parts in them and cover it with more rice (the rice draws out the moisture thats the logical reason for it)
5.) leave over night,
6.) dry with hair dryer again in the morning, let cool and reassemble..

hopefully it will work.. (depends on if the circuit board was shorted out or not, it it was its dead, if it wasn't well it will be working now)

ps dont forget to rate this if you found it helpful so it can be of help to others.

this is a VERY long shot, go to your local grocery store, and buy a couple of pounds/boxes of dry rice, enough to submerge your computer completely in.pour enough rice into the bottom of a container that is large enough to submerge the computer. set the computer down and then dump the rest of the rice on top of it. enough so the whole thing is covered. it would also be helpful to remove the panels on the bottom of the laptop. the dry rice will absorb the moisture. i'd leave it there for at least a day, if you can remove the keyboard and get rice in there as well, then when you're done make sure you dump out ALL the rice that's left attempt to turn it on again.

My phone was submerged in water for about 90 seconds. Will it still work and how long should I wait before trying it?

You should probably wait for a few days to ensure it's completely dry on the inside. I have heard other folks suggest that putting the phone in a bowl of white rice for a few days is a great way to dry it out. The rice will absorb the moisture.

Did the case cover the entire phone or just the sides and back like most?

How to fix a ds game thats fell in the water

The best way to fix a game (or anything really) that you have spilled water on is to put it in a big bowl of rice where the object needing to be dried will be submerged. Unfortunately that should take place almost immediately and not after a long period of time.

There's no real fix for this-- your game is probably busted forever. Sorry ma'am.

I would put the camera into a bowl of rice (sounds crazy, but it works). The rice will **** the remaining water from the camera. If you are still having problems you will probably need to replace the camera.

DSC-T70 camera got wet and now won't power on. Battery seems to charge fine.

I'm guessing you tried to turn it on way too soon and fried the circuits. A camera with fresh water damage should be buried in a bowl of dry rice for a week before even attempting to turn it on. Salt water damage?....chances of a complete recovery are slim to none.

MY NEW SONY 12 .1 CYBER SHOT CAMERA JUST FELL INTO THE WATER,I PICKED IT UP,DRIED IT AND SWITCH IT ON AFTER 10 MINUTES,YET NO SIGNAL.WHAT SHOULD I DO

You probably fried the circuits when you turned it on. A camera needs at least a week buried in a bowl of dry rice to dry out.

My phone waS IN water for 30 mins and i didnt know can i still fix my phone? i put it in a bowl of rice over night the blue light at the back comes on but it never goes on.

you can take the battery and the back off the device and place in completely submerged in a bag of white rice and leave it in there for 1 to 2 days this will help absorb the moisture, this should fix it if the water did not damage the circut boards if the water damaged the circut boards then the device is fried
